Terms of Service
The agreement that covers anyone who uses NexusMind.
1. Who we are
NexusMind is the community-knowledge-hub service described on our website and bound by the brand name and tagline in src/lib/brand.ts. Questions about these terms should go to nexusmind-97lrw1@polsia.app.
2. Acceptance
By signing in, creating a workspace, or running a NexusMind instance on behalf of a community, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
NexusMindis an AI-agent layer that sits on top of a customer's community platform — providing around-the-clock expert surfacing, context-aware moderation, member connections, and engagement scoring. The agents stay present through every timezone, every off-hour, every weekend, so a new member never walks into an empty room and an existing member never wonders whether anyone heard them.
4. Accounts and plans
NexusMind is offered in three tiers — Community, Contributor, and Pro — under the Stripe-billing module. Subscriptions renew automatically until they are canceled. Pricing, billing cadence, and which features each tier unlocks live on the pricing page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer the agent weights or prompts, or use any part of NexusMind to harass other community members or to spread content that violates the norms your workspace has set. Admins are responsible for the activity that originates inside their tenant.
6. AI-agent disclosure
The NexusMind agents reply on behalf of the platform — they do not impersonate members. When a natural expert would answer but is offline, an agent steps in with a reply in the spirit of what they would have said — never pretending to be them. Any member can flag a synthetic reply for moderator review, and admins see at a glance which replies in a thread were agent-generated from the moderation surface.
7. Payment and refunds
All billing runs through the Stripe-billing module via Stripe-hosted checkout. We do not store raw payment data. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — reach us at nexusmind-97lrw1@polsia.app and we'll work with you on a fair resolution.
8. Termination
Admins can cancel their subscription at any time from the billing surface. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not retroactively refund the current period. The Stripe-billing module tracks subscription state end-to-end.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes are emailed to workspace admins (the address listed on the admin surface) before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change signals acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's registered jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For anything these terms do not cover, or to flag something we should add, write to nexusmind-97lrw1@polsia.app.
